SERVICES;

Free web site listing and distribution of flyers at preceding auctions.
Pre auction listing, sending to advertising outlets, reservation of food wagon & restroom if needed.

After auction payment of all costs with detailed record of auction and all expenses deducted. You received net proceeds. 

Auctioneering, clerking & cashiering included in rates below. 

Set up help and auction preparation usually available at an hourly rate.  

RATES;
INCLUDE ACCESS TO EVERYTHING ABOVE.

Advertising & restroom rental are billed at actual rates. Food wagons available at no cost to seller.
Note; all rate quotes include clerk & cashier fee’s, not the auctioneers rates only.

Household – Antique – Tool – Estate type auctions – 15% of gross sales. 

Small machinery auctions & automobiles and some larger items in above auctions – 4% of gross sales. 

Large machinery auctions – 3 ½ % of gross sales. 

Real estate auctions in conjunction with BEAR REALTY – 3 to 6% of total sale price, plus advertising, dependant on value of property. Minimum fee if sold, $500.00 

Auction prep, set up, etc.- $12.50 per man hour.
